2nd Ultrasound at 10 weeks, August 14, 2008
Our little one's 10 week photo actually resembles a baby. We saw lots of movement of the arms and legs. We heard a healthy 167 bpm heartbeat. It measured exactly 1 1/2 inches long and exactly 10 weeks gestational age. We also found the placenta attached just at the edge of my cervix. This has caused some spotting but is normal for this type situation. Up until this point we've had no weight gain/loss. Everything looked great at this visit and we'll be checking on the babe again September 2nd.

Welcome to the blog world. You'll be amazed at how addictive it it. We are so happy for you guys that a little one is on the way and we had a blast swimming today. Thanks again for letting us barge in on yall.

Hey Rudy & Bear! What fun, this kind of world didn't exist when my kids were being born and raised. Sounds like everything is going great, keep posting, especially the baby pictures.
